This proposal is aimed at providing the necessary training required for the TRC Coordinators to conduct effective training programs aimed at making teachers aware of the pedagogical and assessment shifts in the new curriculum framework.

Through this project, the Government seeks build capacity of TRC Coordinators and conduct decentralised training in atolls in order to build the capacity of TRC coordinators to minimise capacity issues, provide decentralised training for teachers in different atolls and monitor their performance, provide specific training related to pedagogy and assessments as outlined in the new curriculum framework, and help train teachers to focus on holistic learning outcomes.
