Develop and Implement Teaching and Learning Materials for Foundation Stage

The new curriculum very much focuses on play-based teaching and learning which requires plenty of hands-on materials to engage students in learning. Thus, it is a challenge for teachers to achieve the curriculum goals with limited resources to cater for individual differences.

Through this project, the Project Area Government seeks to develop teaching learning materials for specific key learning areas (science and technology, spiritual and moral, and social science), and motivate students’ learning with interesting and developmentally appropriate materials, provide equitable access to all students in teaching learning materials to cater for holistic development, and train and orient teachers to use the developed teaching materials.
